Remote Personal Coaching

Access coaching via chat/email/phone and get personalized advice that adapts to your improving fitness, revised goals or or other life factors. Sometimes all it takes is some personalized contact with a coach who has shared your doubts, fears, or temporary setbacks to get back on track. Communication is a two way street in which the coach listens to the athlete and may change the approach depending on their needs. Feel inspired and know you are not alone on your journey to achieve your running goals. After all it’s about the journey and not just the destination. Remote Personal Coaching includes:

  • chat facility to facilitate one on one conversations
  • ongoing adaptive planning for nutrition, sleep, training, goals, injury prevention
  • ongoing inspirational support
  • personal assessment followups monthly

$50 per month (There are no geographical boundaries to Personal Remote Coaching)

One on One In-Person Coaching

Access coaching via chat/email/phone and get personalized advice that adapts to your improving fitness, revised goals or or other life factors. Run twice weekly with coach and receive all the conversation about your goals, inspiration, pace, encouragement that you can handle! Since not every training run is at a comfortable conversational pace we offer all the warmup and cool down talk you need to be inspired and armed with information. Runs are conducted in the Georgian Triangle area including Collingwood, Wasaga BeachOne on One In-Person Coaching includes everything included in Remote Personal Coaching Plus a lot more:

  • chat facility to facilitate one on one conversations
  • ongoing adaptive planning for nutrition, sleep, training, goals, injury prevention
  • ongoing inspirational support
  • personal assessment followups monthly

PLUS

  • 2 runs per week with coach
  • gait improvement suggestions
  • in person drills for strength & speed
  • warm up and cool down techniques (build strong habits)
  • inspiration
  • one on one pace setting and teaching of pace for various race distances
  • Beautiful scenic Georgian Triangle (trail runs on the Bruce Trail, road runs with amazing scenic views)

Personal Assessment

You provide data such as your age, weight, run pace data, personal bests, any injury history, nutrition etc and we have an open conversation about your goals. We look at where you have been and where you want to go. I formulate a plan and provide a report to you which acts as a plan of action.

My plan will provide suggestions in the following areas:

  • training
  • nutrition
  • goal setting
  • injury prevention
  • pace
  • gear

$65 – one time
